Notices and Information
Parade Route:

Parade Line up will be on College Street Extension. The route will turn right on to Park Ave., following Park Ave., Prospect Street, right on to Walnut and exiting down the hill on Kerr Ave. Parking will be limited to the ball field side of the street along the parade route.

Parking Locations:

Parking areas will be located in the grassy lot between Buena Vista St. and Campbell Ave. and in the grass below the ball fields (off College Street Ext.). Parking at Hughes Park will be limited to Saturday. Parking along Park Ave. and Prospect street will be limited to the ball field side of the street to allow for the parade route. Please watch for and follow signs.

Hughes Park Pavilion Restriction

Use of the pavilion and parking area in Hughes Park is not available on Sunday. The pavilion has been rented by a private party. Please be courteous.

Anyone interested in having their name on the map, please submit your address to yardsales@emlentonpa.com by July 5th to be put on the map. An online map as well as limited printed maps will be available. If you would like to have a sale both Friday and Saturday, please indicate when submitting your address. 2-day sales will be indicated by *. If you live out of town, a few spots will be available on the picnic tables in Hughes Park pavilion. (Friday only) Email yardsales@emlentonpa.com to check for availability. The Emlenton Summer Festival will once again hold it’s annual Softball Tournament. This is a single-pitch, double-elimination tournament. Teams will be notified after drawing of their first scheduled game time. Game and field rules will be announced and posted on game day. Parking for the tournament will be in the grass below the field. Download Entry Form and Rules.
In the event of rain, tournament will be held on Sunday of the festival.

The Mini-Marathon is for kids ages 7-12. Children 7-9 will compete in a 1/4 mile run. 10-12 year olds will run a 1/2 mile race. The race will take place at Hughes Park after the adult 5k. Registration will be at Hughes Park (near Emlenton Pool) at 10am. Each participant will receive a finisher's medal.
