Located along the Allegheny River in Northwestern
Pennsylvania and in the southeastern corner of Venango
County, Emlenton is a recreational and sportsman destination.
Small town American charm and history abound. Located off of
Interstate 80 Exits 42 and 45.
The River Avenue public boat launch and river access to the
Allegheny River is one of only a few public accesses to the river.
Many outfitters begin or end their trips here. Look under the “little”
bridge to find it.
The Emlenton Crawford Center is where Emlenton conducts
business. This former school has been converted into a business
center, and it now houses the Borough offices, Police, District
Magistrate Court, and some community businesses (Amy's Closet,
Allegheny Pines Pottery, Blueprint Pet Grooming,
The Coop Public
Art Studio, Community Christian Daycare, Yogo with Sara).
The Pumping Jack Museum and Emlenton Visitor Orientation Center
are at this site. This building located at 511 Hill Street can be seen
from almost every vantage point in Emlenton.
